my last few wishes! march/19/1790

dear jurnal

I just saw my baby boy. he looks just like his mother. he is 2 years old and i am 28 years old his mother is the same age as me. we were just discusing weather or not we want to move to the west i have become very rich probly even richer than my father we probly wont but i am thinking to send my son there in 1816 that way he could marry and have a family to take with him. i have earned my way in whaling. i curently own 20 whaling ships. my crews get paid as regular workers for every whale thay catch they each get twenty dollars. its a good life. my wife and i have followed my fathers foot steps in the way that we do not flont our wealth. we live very confertably and have one child. i plan to have at least one more hopefully a girl. you know to soften up my little anthony. anthony is my little boys name. HE IS A HANDFULL! but i love him and his mother lucy. yes i got my one true love just like i said i would. well one of my three last wishes is for my son to move to the west when he is 28 with his family. my next wish is for when he does to take all the money i saved for him to buy the necessary supplies as not to get in trouble with the native tribes since there is no law out there. my last wish is for him to live a very, very, very happy life with his family. when i die i leeve every thing to him and lucy if she is still alive. you may ask why i am saying this well its beause i dont know when i will die so i just want to be prepared.
